We have tie-up with established hospitals in the city to provide adequate medical support. At times medical expense can be a very big burden on the family whenever there is any medical crisis. To support our staff and help them be free from any unprecedented medical emergencies we bear 100% medical expense of our staff members and 50% medical expense of their family members.

We encourage our staff members to send their children to the best schools in the locality. To support them financially in this direction, we bear school tuition fees as well as the transportation fees of all the children of our staff members.

By doing mining we are causing a lot of damage to the Mother Earth and causing ecological imbalance. The only way to compensate is by plantation of trees. We have planted more than 5000 trees in our campus and mining area in the past 15 years.

We use various dust suppression technique to control dust generated during mining and crushing processes. We use our abandoned quarry water for sprinklers in crushers as well as in water tankers for dust suppression on the roads in our campus.

We take up various projects from time to time in our Hardi village and Bilha area like construction of water tanks for 24/7 water supply, repair of school buildings, sponsoring school children education, repair of village roads, installation of street lights, and much more…..to return to the village from where we have got source of our livelihood.
